/facepalm.

Today isn't my day. I woke up late because the first alarm didn't wake me up, and I just laid there for ... what, 25 minutes? I decided to just rush, eating breakfast, watching the weather channel (ie, it's wind-tastic), started the car and packed up my stuff. 

Here's what went wrong.

I get to school, and found a parking spot... and I got out of my car, and opened the passenger door, since that's where I always chuck my bag. Not place, chuck. I don't know if my vision was warped by then, and I wipe my eyes. My bookbag wasn't there. So, I blink again, checking all sides of the car, and my trunk. No dice. I had left my fucking bookbag at the house, 36 miles away. I started to go back, but I realized that there's was no way that I could make it and back. I didn't have the time or gas. Definately not gas. So, sorta defeated, I grabbed the spare notebook in my junky car and went about my business. That's all I needed anyway.

But wait! I had peer review today, and immediately thought 'Oh shit, I'm gonna be the only one w/o a paper again.' Again means, 3rd time in a row mind you. So, I did as I always did, bullshit around acting like I had something. Hold up; I had grabbed the jump drive before I went out of the house. My essay was on there and I printed it out. Ok. So, we get into our groups...

No one had their paper, and I felt a lot better. Of course, I didn't say I had mine simply because it's not finished. 

Not only did I leave everything, but I probably killed a baby tree in the process of printing my drafts out.
