Ok, so it's not the whole thing.
I decided to do a comparasion of a chapter (I'm gonna post a scene though and the rest later), and well... I think it's a hell of a lot better than I did. This just made me think that I should just redo the whole thing all over again. For the nth time. For reals. But that's another time. Hopefully when I'm not lazy.
From Chapter Eleven of Project Zero:
( [original] )
Now, observe the remake of that I just did in about 2 hours.
( [the remix] )
I should be ashamed of myself for even doing the original, because it's just there. The remix is much more expressive and such and stays true to the character at stake. More... meatier. Hell, I went as to rename it "The Mind, Body, and Soul, separated". That sounds a lot better than "Broken Peace". In the first, there's no sense of danger. The remix does, as you think that the problem is solved externally, but there's a internal problem that isn't visible to the eye (and thus, he kinda freaks out about it), which means it's reeking havok on the reader (What will happen now?) until... yeah.
Man, I hate it when I 1-up myself this late in the morning!
Just wait till I do the rest tomorrow. You will be amazed.
Notice I didn't have the usual icon for drabbles, as this qualifies for a WTF.
